Wow! That makes me a proud employee and consumer of DISH! We have some amazing promotions and our customer service is great in my opinion. I have TV everywhere, HD free for Life and I have been looking into getting the Google TV for my room. Having the same things as our customers is great. I never have trouble with my equipment and never had a problem talking to customer service.

This is the worst company, i am not sure if there is anyone in customer service who knows math. I canceled my wireless service in between my billing cycle which i have to pay about $100. I called back to ask how come i did not get any an adjustment (use only 2 weeks of a month)... no body can answer me except saying that the bill is correct and adjustment is 0. How can such an obvious process and no one can answer properly...totally incompetence customer service

Also. i have u'verse DSL which i need to call each month for past 6 months to get my special credit adjustment... they said it should be fixed next month..let see what happen...

why is comcast even on that list everytime i call they are so helpful and polite ive never had a bad experince even the technitions they send out are curtious and polite

  I'm glad you had a good experience with Comcast. That is not the case for most people. I, myself had a customer service rep. Tell me that they were flat out not going to help me with a problem because they didn't feel like it!

  This is not true. It used to be true. If a company has a monopoly and enough money, they can garner all the commerce they want, take for example, General Motors, Exxon, etc.

AT&T has screwed me over time and time again with customer service...it wasn't until recently that it's gotten better, probably spent a good $1k this year because of mishaps :(

ATT is the worst--cancelled my Internet service on May 2, 2011, --they acknowledge they have record of that but they continue to bill me $30.00 every month--I call them every month and they assure me it will be taken care of--never happens-even charged a late fee--wrote corporate headquarters a week ago-no reply --do not really expect one. Just waiting to see what the September bill is.

Dell's management is to blame. Horrible, horrible treatment of its employees. When a company doesn't treat its employees right, employees won't treat customers right. It's as simple as that!! Dell definately needs to make some serious changes and start employing people in the US and not India!!!

ATT has very poor customer service I hate their customer service for both the wireless and DSL. I've been with ATT for 5 years and I've changed to VERIZON. ATT is ATT I DON'T CARE CUSTOMER CARE.

Signed up for U-verse internet over phone under the terms that the gateway would be free and monthly charge would be $25. Billing won't honor these terms because they "have no way of verifying these terms" and expects me to pay $100 for gateway and $48 monthly service charge. When I call, each department keeps transferring me to another department. I'm paying the $100 because If i don't they will disconnect my service and my credit score will go down for non payment. NEVER AGAIN. STAY AWAY. They will screw you over.

why isant verizon up there? they are turning into the worst company....when you call to get serv on the internet they send you to a person that you cant even understand..i sat on hold for 17:54sec only to find them come to the phone and say their system was updating and to call back later...The same thing happen two day ago...
