        That's because making a list, and ranking a person high counts more than number of votes...soo, if, of the 112 ppl who have made ranked lists, 36 ppl put Jolie in their top 5... and only 20 ppl put Megan Fox in their top five - despite her having more votes - Jolie will be higher.

Your one legitimate female choice, Marilyn Monroe, has been an icon of sex appeal for more than 5 decades. Kourtney Kardashian will be forgotten in five years. Good job nimnos.

      This list is so short-sighted that it's dumb as f**k, at best. The hottest celebrities of "ALL-TIME" and they're all currently alive except Marilyn Monroe!? Oh, and way to throw a bone to Sofia Loren, (gasp) how unexpected. I'm pretty sure celebrities have been around longer than the last 20 years. Perhaps people should watch old some old movies and/or television before compiling a piece of s**t like this.
