Top College Football Quarterbacks 2012

The top college football quarterbacks for the 2012 season are the top passers in NCAA Football who look to lead their team to the BCS National Championship Game and possibly contend for the Heisman Trophy. These skilled quarterbacks each bring something different to their team but all are among the top throwers at the collegiate level.

Considered the favorite for the Heisman in 2012, Matt Barkley, a senior quarterback for the USC Trojans, leads the pack of 2012 NCAA Football quarterbacks. Though for some of his career at Southern California the team was under NCAA restrictions, Barkley continued to shine on his own, including notching over 3,500 passing yards and almost 40 passing touchdowns in the 2011 season.
