I remember when Give My Regards to Broad Street came out and had not heard of it since - thanks for that blast from the past. You are right, these films should not exist - except that Sgt. Pepper is one of those "so bad it's awesome" films, and Steve Martin did do a nice "Maxwells Silver Hammer" if my memory serves.
This is a really funny and very, very dirty movie. Think The Muppets on drugs. Has a fantastic Deer Hunter parody. Look out for the cars. They are all Morris Minors.
