19 People Who Signed the Comics Creator's Bill of Rights

Comic books, it's a tough industry. In the late 80's, nineteen writers met together and signed the "Bill of Rights for Comics Creators". It was this document that would inspire the plethora of independent comic publishers founded in the early 90's, including Image Comics and Piranha Press. This in turn would spawn the Vertigo and Legend imprints at DC and Dark Horse Comics.
