2006's Best Films
JesusAlonso Time puts everything in order and United 93 loses two spots, while Borat earns #1. Yup. Looking back and multiple viewings convince me how absolutely outstanding this film and project were. The results, are undeniably a landmark in the history not only of comedy, but also of film.
Del Toro's masterpiece is an extremely solid #2. Thank You For Smoking also entered the top 10 thanks to repeated viewings, while The Queen falls 2 spots as The King's Speech put its achievements in perspective. Still a great film, anyways.
Oscar winner, The Departed is at #12.
