5 Best Digital Cameras - September 2011 By   [2 more lists]

I think these are the best buys available for cameras at the time of this writing. Are they the absolute best? NO! But they're great buys for decent cameras. It's all about getting good value from your money.

Sure, you can spend $1000+ on a nice DSLR that will blow most of these cameras away - IF you know how to use it. But most people don't. And most people only post pics on FB or print a few out at Wal-Mart. For that, these cameras are more than capable and at a really great price!

Really helpful list, actually. I've been debating whether to splurge on an expensive camera, but it sounds like something like the Canon SX30IS could work really well for me. Appreciated!
