A list of all Malaysian Airlines. This list focuses on passenger airlines including international, intercontinental, intra-continental, domestic, and regional services. While the TSA and the airports themselves have taken most of the headlines recently, airline companies have continued to struggle over the past two decades, especially since 9/11. (And yet, the airlines survive.) While air travel was once seen as a symbol of luxury and wealth, today it is the preferred way to travel great distances by nearly everyone. Airplanes are also the safest way to travel, as one is more likely to be in an accident in their car than in a commercial jet airliner. While commercial space flight is currently in the works, the plane will continue to be the method-of-travel of choice for many decades to come.
