The best overall websites of 2012 include sites that let us waste time, get informed and generally be entertained. Some of the websites included among the best are social, letting us connect with friends, loved ones and, in some cases, complete strangers. Other sites, like Ranker (hey!) allowed us to make great lists like, well, this one!
