Best Super Nintendo (SNES) Games

This is megaman at his most badass. This is the epitome and justification of the 90s coolness of adding X to the titles of things. I prefer to call it MegaManXtreme but thats just me.

This is a lot like DCK2 but with the art style made more childlike... but just barely. In some ways its more disturbing that this dark and hard game has such a bright and childish face.

Well I almost forgot to add this one, and if I missed anything else that obviously should be on here please tell me. But yeah, this game is great. The perfect mix of colorful dinosaurs and a nintendo-hard challenge. That SFX chip nintendo used to make the game mans that yoshi has a way more complex moveset than mario ever could, and the levels are much less straightforward than other platformers. I only wish the map was more complex. I love complex maps. Also another negative point for this game is that has too much stuff to collect, putting it just over that line or tolerability like oh so many bogged down N64 platformers.

People just dont get how great a racing game this is. The powerslide works different sure but once you ge tthe hang of it you get such an appreciable speed burst that it becomes a whole new game. Forget the excellent baloon battle mode, this is a racing game. If only the AI wasn't so cheap and invincible.

Okay I'm not a speedrunner or sequence-breaker or anything like that, so I cant comment on the wealth of this game in that area, but as a single player exploration game, its well-desinged, has a great atmosphere, and constantly kicks my ass. Epic.
