Best U.S. Hockey Players
This list is about the top 10 hockey players who are eligible to play for the United States men's olympic team. The selection committee will have some tough decisions when picking the 2014 olympic team, but these 10 players should be a lock.

Jonathan Quick
NHL Team: Los Angeles Kings.
Quick should take over as the starting goaltender for the United States, wrestling that title away from Ryan Miller. All hockey fans across the world saw just how dominant Quick can be in his Stanley Cup run. - 2
Zach Parise
NHL Team: Minnesota Wild.
With Jaime Langenbrunner not expected to be on the 2014 Olympic Team, Parise should be one of the favorites to captain the United States. The Minnesota native has played many games for the U.S., and recently captained the Devils to the Stanley Cup. - 3
Phil Kessel
NHL Team: Toronto Maple Leafs.
Kessel had a fantastic year last year recording 82 points and not missing a single game. Kessel seems older but he is still only 24 years of age. - 4
Ryan Suter
NHL Team: Minnesota Wild.
Suter should once again anchor the defense for the United States. Like Parise, he should also be a favorite for captain. Expect him to be a major contributor in the special teams units as well. - 5
Ryan Miller
NHL Team: Buffalo Sabres
Quick has certainly become the favorite to start for Team USA but that does not mean Miller will not play a role. Miller should be a solid #2 for the United States and spell Quick when necessary.
