Best U.S. Presidents in the Past 50 Years

Interesting list concept and really tough to rank - though I am a stauch Democrat, and respect Carter a lot as a man (probably the greatest ex-President ever), it's kinda hard to think of many great things that he accomplished in office, hence the low ranking. While I loathed much of Reagan's domestic policy, it's hard to fault his overall leadership. Nixon was an utter scumbag, yet he implemented some game-changing policies during a very volatile period.
