    Sitaleki Timani

    #3 on the original list
His best game for aus. A big human. needs to improve a lot even on the back of this effort. This sort of game should be his mininum benchmark.
  2. 2
    1911
Did a lot better than I thought he would, only this high because of a lack of competition from his compadres though, but a decent game against quality oppostion. Don't ask about the photo, first Ben Alexander that the ranker software came up with and strangely appropiate.

    Stephen Moore

    1980
    #4 on the original list
Ok, but still a lot short from the impact he used to make in games in general play. I don't know why. Thought TPN, Faingaa and Hanson have brought more energy to the field this year. Not an easy game test rugby.

    Dave Dennis

    1986
    #13 on the original list
Made his tackles. Was the glue that held us together at times, but can't recall a single dominant tackle, always seemed to get driven back a bit.
  5. 5

    Nathan Sharpe

    1978
    #6 on the original list
One of his better games, but needed subbing at 60, but no specialist 2nd rower on the bench.
  6. 6

    Quade Cooper

    1988
    #7 on the original list
Wouldn't be this high but nothing really going gone out in the backs.

    Michael Hooper

    #1 on the original list
Good effort, one steal from memory which made Phil Kearns a bit excited, but nothing thereafter. Physically strong and combative, but blotted out, might have earnt a couple of penalties more with a more generous ref though. Gill is a better 7 but had a dip in form after the junior tournament.
  8. 8

    Digby Ioane

    1985
    #2 on the original list
actually made a line break. One line break is a poor game by his standards though. And by this point I'm struggling to care about what I saw from the lot of them.
  9. 9

    Scott Higginbotham

    1986
    #10 on the original list
Alongside Timani, Sharpe, Hooper, Alexander and Moore the only Aussie that looked physically up to it. Needs to improve his technique. Dennis needs to improve his physical imposition of his will.
  10. 10

    Will Genia

    1988
    #9 on the original list
He tried. His midfield killed any chance of a good game.
  11. 11

    Benn Robinson

    1984
    #12 on the original list
Scrum went ok, he made one good hit just before he got replaced, probably shouldn't have started in front of Slipper though.
  12. 12

    Adam Ashley-Cooper

    1984
    #5 on the original list
    Can be a good player.
  13. 13

    Rob Horne

    1989
    #15 on the original list
Performances like this and from Barnes and you have to wonder what the coaches are doing. I thought Barnes should have been the one replaced, at least Horne has pace.
  14. 14

    Berrick Barnes

    1986
    #14 on the original list
Ant Faingaa came on, on reflection maybe replacing Barnes with Beale outside Cooper would have given the wallabies some footwork to get around a good defensive performance in the centres from Nonu and SBW.
  15. 15

    Drew Mitchell

    1984
    #11 on the original list
A very good player when fit.
