    Judy ann Santos??????are you ok?being a Chef is something that youve earned thru experience by years and years not by studying culinary for 2 years.....you cant call a person a Chef if she/he entered only a culinary school....read all about Escoffier or Careme...ty

    Judy Ann Santos? Is she the celebrity? To consider her as one of the Top Chefs well that sounds awkward. How about the likes of Chefs Quimson, Sau Del Rosario et al how are we going to rate them? Accomplishment wise they are one to the pioneers in the food industry and by not naming or missing them it's a shame to the Philippine culinary world.
