I am a self-proclaimed foodie, who can watch food being prepared, served, eaten and sculpted into crazy shapes all day long. In fact, if I'm watching TV that's usually what I'm watching. These are the chefs whose work I've only witnessed from afar, and who make me wish TV came with taste-o-vision. And, in the case of a few (Richard Blais & Jamie Oliver, ahem ahem), hunk-o-vision too.
