- 1My father's Fujitsu laptop screen was cracked so I called Customer Service and kindly asked the what my options were in terms of replacing the screen.
The rep. was rude and said that if I hadn't purchased a warranty, then I was pretty much screwed. If he was a little more kind, I probably would have purchased another Fujitsu to replace my laptop. However, since that wasn't the case, I purchased a Sony instead. Screw you Fujitsu.
