Companies With The Worst Customer Service

My father's Fujitsu laptop screen was cracked so I called Customer Service and kindly asked the what my options were in terms of replacing the screen.

The rep. was rude and said that if I hadn't purchased a warranty, then I was pretty much screwed. If he was a little more kind, I probably would have purchased another Fujitsu to replace my laptop. However, since that wasn't the case, I purchased a Sony instead. Screw you Fujitsu.

The Returns & Exchanges department needs a major over haul.

Some of the reps here know absolutely nothing about technology. They read off of the labels when you ask them simple questions, something that I could easily do. I wouldn't bother you with these questions if I could read it on my own!

It's bad enough that people have to take off work to go to the DMV to get something done, so it's even worst when we have to deal with bitches behind the counter. Now, I know why there's a glass in front of them.
