    WOW! BofA is horrible! I was a customer of theirs for 19 years... never paid a credit card bill late - ever! Suddenly got my credit card limits cut in half. When I called to ask why I was rudely told I could "re-apply" for MY OWN CARDS! The fact that I was a 20-year customer made ABSOLUTELY NO difference.

    No loyalty from BofA... so I left and joined a credit union. BofA you permanently lost a 20-year customer you could have had for 40 more years but for bad customer service.
