Royalties & Licensing Fees Payers: This is a list a list of the top 50 countries that pay the highest royalties and licensing fees for business and other proprietary rights in 2009. Royalty and license fees are payments and receipts for the authorized use of intangible, non-produced, non-financial assets and proprietary rights, such as patents, copyrights, trademarks, industrial processes, and franchises.
