Highest Debt Services Ratio list of 2008: These are top 30 countries in the world that are high in debt services are listed below. Total debt service is the sum of principal repayments and interest actually paid for goods, or services on long-term debt, interest paid, and repayments (repurchases and charges) to the IMF. This debt is paid in foreign currency. A "Debt Services Ratio" is when that number is compared to the country's export earnings. The lowest debt service payer is Cambodia where as the highest is Liberia with debt service of 131.3 % of exports of goods, services and income.
