Strange LA county laws. The cities in Los Angeles county have some strange laws on the books. The individual cities within LA county including LA and West Hollywood have some weird laws on the books. We're not sure how often these ridiculous laws get enforced, but just knowing they made it into the record as laws is just a little more than surreal.
