Diet Books That Actually Work By mollie [89 more lists]
I have been through a lot of diets in my time, and I'm not ashamed to admit that. What I am ashamed of is how much money I've spent on useless diet books. These are the ones who actually ended up being worth their weight in dollar bills (figuratively speaking) because they actually inspired me to make smarter choices and, in many cases, gave me the tools to do that. So, even though they're not all technically 'diet' books and even though I don't stick hard and fast to stuff like The South Beach Diet anymore, I do credit these books with helping to really educate and engage me in the art of picking the right foods, and enjoying every bite along the way. Which is why these are my favorite diet books (that actually work too!)
