    After reading the book and feeling sick with every word written about what these animals did to other human beings, I wish they could also receive the same treatment and violence they gave. I have had many sleepless night with images of what these monsters did and life in prison just does not fit the crime. The pain, torture and fear inflicted on the victims leaves my stomach in a knot. ROT IN HELL YOU BASTARDS.

    Hmm. What about criminals that became serial killers, eg Dennis Allen. He killed at least three associates on separate occasions. There are quite a few Australian criminals who fit the category of 'serial killer': Carl Williams, Stewart John Regan, Chris Flannery, Arthur 'Neddy' Stanley Smith, the list goes on...
