Bear in mind that the distillation process takes out all traces of gluten. As long as the distillery does not add the mash (fermented grains) back to the wort (soon-to-be alcohol juice) after the distillation process for flavor and/or color, then most distilled liquors should be fine. Whiskeys, including Scotch, should be okay if they are better quality, other hard liquors do not often use gluten-containing grains.

Most of these do not taste like "traditional" beers. If you're used to mainstream beers, these will definitely take some getting used to. Usually Sorghum grass is the main ingredient instead of grains.
