Greatest Musical Artists of the '90s

Tried my best to focus on just the artists' '90s output, rather than basing it on the entire career. (Hence guys like Bowie and Neil Young being so low.) It's not always easy to do... had to look a lot of albums up to see if they factored in, and some bands that happened to split the '80s and '90s, or '90s and '00s, clean down the middle (like Dinosaur Jr.) don't get as complete props as they would otherwise. Also, and this probably goes without saying, but this is my CURRENT take on these bands, not how I felt actually in the '90s. Otherwise, half of them probably wouldn't have made it and No Doubt, Dave Matthews, etc. would be far far higher.
