Here is a list of what I think are the greatest scorers in the NBA from 2000-2012. There's a difference between a shooter and a scorer. A shooter is either hot or cold, if the shooter is hot, he can put up points in bunches, if he is cold it's going to be a long night. A scorer will always put up points because they can shoot, create off the dribble, and get to the free throw line. So in my opinion these are the 20 greatest scorers in the NBA since 2000.
