This is a great way to have pizza when you don't want to heat up your kitchen. The toppings are endless

    1 TeaspoonAdd salt to food processor mix and pulse 3 to 4 times or if doing by hand -knead.

    1 1/2 teaspoonsAdd to processor mix along with yeast mix. Pulse/knead until the dough comes together, adding more flour as needed until dough is smooth.

    Grill Heat a BBQ - one side on high and the other on low. Spray with Olive oil and set the dough on the grill, cook each side until crispy and lightly brown (it should bubble up too). One side should be more cooked than the other,
