Highest Elementary School Drop-out Rates (Male) By   [50 more lists]

Primary School Drop-outs: The primary school drop-out rate is not a joke. The high-school drop out rate is what's in the news, but do you know how many male elementary school age children around the world drop out of school every year? Here is a list of countries with highest primary school drop-outs. This also includes the number of primary-school-age boys not enrolled in primary or secondary schools. In 2008, Pakistan was at # 1 spot with the highest number of children out of primary schools. United States ranked at # 4 position; its a bad list to show up on anyways.
