Incredible Food Challenges Seen on Man V. Food By G_Rubis [20 more lists]
The Travel Channel's "Man V. Food," throws host Adam Richman in the ring with some of the most diabolical, over gorging, and effing awesome looking food challenges the country has to offer. Although the host sometimes pussies out when he looks to be on the brink of victory, here are some of the gnarliest edible opponents he has squared off against.

Munchies 420 Cafes Mystery Challenge
The "Fire In Your Hole" wings are served up as a Mystery Challenge at this place otherwise known for rolling up a variety of every stoner's deep-fried favorites. Gnarly sandwiches are topped with fries, mac and cheese, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and other life-shortening gut busters. However, the challenge is a hellish sucker punch, which includes habanero, hot sauces, chili pepper, and the hauntingly destructive "ghost pepper." You have to sign a damn waver, and Richman got through like three bites before looking as though he was going to die, giving up, and retreating to a deep freeze with a gallon of milk. Sounds like a terrible time! -

Beths Cafe 12Egg Southwestern Exposure Omelet
So big it has to be served on a pizza tray... Seattle's eggtactular monster is filled with a variety of different toppings, and Richman totally blew it!!! He gave up with only two or three bites left... It's only an omelette... My guess is that it must taste awful, because if he can down half the other stuff he comes across, why can't he man up to something he could slurp up with a straw? - 3
Big Sky in the Pie Pizzeria
Atlanta, Ga.
The Carnivore Challenge... are you KIDDING me with this thing... two people have one hour to eat a 30-inch, 11 pound pizza... Like, even if you did win, it would be embarrassing to admit that. -

Juan in a Million
Austin, Texas.
With one of the most clever names in Mexican restaurant history, Juan in a Million's has been serving Austin for 28 years. Among their menu, the "Don Juan - El Taco Grande," offers 3/4 pounds of potato, egg, cheese, and bacon, all wrapped in a tortilla. This breakfast taco looks awesome, but Richman was supposed to eat 8 of them... I don't even think Rosie O'Donnell would know what to do with that many tacos. - 5
The Dagwood Sandwich
With more than two pounds of assorted meat, this gigantic Sandwich is a Columbus, Ohio staple.
