Treasure Yourself by Miranda KerrQ To begin with congratulations for the debut book "Treasure Yourself" launched last year. We would like you to elaborate on the idea behind the book and why is it special for Miranda?
Treasure Yourself was born out of the many questions young women had asked me via Facebook, letters and emails. It is an honest account of how I approach life, and personal experiences that have played an important part in the person I am today. Treasure Yourself has enabled me to reach out to many young women and hopefully influence them in a positive way.

All through these years we have tried to maintain the standard and serve women to the best of our capacity, we would love to have motivational input from Miranda Kerr for the company.

Who has been her Miranda Kerr modelQ Miranda has been modeling since she was 13 yrs old. All through the exiting journey as a model she must have aimed to be at her best, who has been her role model and why?
My mother is my greatest role model and best friend. She has been the guiding force in my life and given me support in everything I have done and every decision I have made. Today my mum is also the General Manager of KORA Organics and together we make a great team.
How she balances between work, business and familyQ. Most of the women complains unavailability of time to take personal care with regards to diet and exercise. We would like Miranda to comment on how she balances between work, business and family to stay at her best. We understand that it’s tough for everyone but the reason that keeps her going on and on.
On my days off I try to spend as much time with Flynn as possible and during his naps I make sure I fit in yoga, pilates or exercise routine. As far as the work family balance at the moment Flynn is my priority and I try to schedule work when Orlando is not working so he can be with Flynn. I have also been doing a lot of slow cooking in the oven so I can go about my day while dinner is cooking.
Her Secret diet & exercise revealedQ What lifestyle routine in terms of diet & exercise does Miranda follow to stay healthy and fit? What kind of diet regime she follows to stay free from stress and pressure of work?
Yoga is at the core of my health and fitness regime, I enjoy practicing regularly and have done so for over ten years now. I also love to do pilates. Low impact activities that focus on the connection between mind and body work best for me. It is important that every woman listens to what works best for their own body.
For my diet day to day I adopt the 80/20 rule. 80% healthy and organic, 20% indulgent and that works for me and my body personally. I indulge occasionally and avoid counting calories.
Ideally, I like to start my day with a fresh pressed green juice with kale, cucumber, spinach, parsley and lemon. Half an hour later I like to make a smoothie with sun warrior protein powder, goggi berries, noni juice, viatmineral greens, chia seeds, bee pollen, raw cacao powder, macca powder and acai powder. I will then have organic eggs or oatmeal for breakfast. That works for me and is a great way to get my body started for the day. I believe breakfast is one of the most important meals in the day.
