Selections from the Top 70 '70s Albums include recordings from The Who, John Lennon, the Rolling Stones, T. Rex, Pink Floyd, Lou Reed, Stevie Wonder and more.
All of these recordings were released between March of 1970 and December of 1979. The list is in chronological order by release date, beginning with the folk-inspired rock of Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young from the first year of the decade, and rolling through to the punk style of The Clash 10 years later.
