Give me a classic Hepburn Givenchy moment, a Rita Hayworth glam gown or even Sharon Stone's white button down and Vera Wang ensemble. But please, don't give me Hefty Bags, hefty muffin tops and even heftier hair. The red carpet has rules. And these stars insist on breaking them.
