2012#1779 on the ultimate list“ I waited forever for this movie to come out after seeing the trailer. I'm a huge Forrest Gump fan and when i seen that Robert Zemeckis had directed this film (Forrest Gump) i had to see it. This film hits home on a personal note and also stars my all time favorite actor Denzel Washington. Great Movie! *Favorite scene has to be the cocain scene with John Goodman towards the end of the movie. *Favorite quote " Hey, don't tell me how to lie about my drinking, okay? I know how to lie about my drinking. I've been lying about my drinking my whole life" „ - 3
1994#7 on the ultimate list“ Another Robert Zemeckis film, I went and seen this film in theaters when i was nine years old with my father and i believe the experience was just one that stuck with me. Great movie from beginning until end. I love Forrest's relationship he has with people who are close to him as well as all the history in this movie. *Favorite scene is where Forrest and Bubba are next to the water and Bubba is saying "I wanna go home". *Favorite Quote "I'm not a smart man, but i know what love is" „ - 4

Jack Nicholson's character as Frank Costello is another one of my favorites. *Favorite scene the "rat" scene where Costello confronts Bill. *Favorite quote "I don't want to be a product of my environment, I want my environment to be a product of me" „ - 5
2008#500 on the ultimate list“ I don't know why I enjoy films and stories like this, you know the "I was once on top of the world, now i'm a washed up with a substance abuse problem" but I do. Micky Rourke played an amazing performance and made the story believable where a lot of people do not know the effects of post professional wrestling. *Favorite scene is the ballroom scene on the boardwalk where he dances with his daughter. *Favorite quote " I just want to tell you, I'm the one who was supposed to take care of everything. I'm the one who was supposed to make everything okay for everybody. It just didn't work out like that. And I left. I left you. You never did anything wrong. I used to try to forget about you. I used to try to pretend that you didn't exist, but I can't. You're my girl. You're my little girl. And now, I'm an old broken down piece of meat... and I'm alone. And I deserve to be all alone. I just don't want you to hate me."
Also I love Bruce Sprinsteen's song written for the soundtrack „ - 6
2007#200 on the ultimate list“ I love this movie like many other crime and gangster films because its a true story. Denzel Washinton's performance as Frank Lucas puts this character at number 2 as my all time favorite movie characters. *Favorite scene is when Frank shoots the dude in the head on the street.
*Favorite quotes " The man I worked for had one of the biggest companies in New York City. He didn't own his own company. White man owned it, so they owned him. Nobody owns me, though."
"See, ya are what ya are in this world. That's either one of two things: Either you're somebody, or you ain't nobody. "
