Vince Carter is widely considered the Greatest Dunker of All Time even in front of MJ. Carter was compared to Jordan because of his dunking ability that Jordan also had but, Carter couldn't quite reach his maximum potential because of injuries that held him back.

McGrady was straight out of high school and played decent in the NBA until he broke out in Orlando as a star. Comparisons between him and Jordan are their amazing athleticism, leaping ability and scoring ability but Tracy like many others got stopped by injuries.
