I sometimes drive with no destination in mind.
I turn on my GPS (so I know where I am) and go through neighborhoods. Scan down the road at different restaurants and boutiques. Look at pedestrians (usually when there's traffic or I'm at a stoplight). And feel so completely and wonderfully unattached. - 2
