    Man, this list is either very dated or very off the mark. You have at least 20 Obama supporters and 1 namely Prince who doesn't support neither political party or ideology. But from many recent interviews it more align with progressive ideology.

    Great list. You need to include Kansas and even Rush. I know they are classified as 'Progressive Rock' but they are Libertarian for sure. I am guessing that most of the hair metal bands would be fairly Conservative or at least Libertarian as well.
