I think for the most part you did a good cross-section with your ranking nunmbers, but I think a lot of good artists were overlooked. I think an accurate assessment would need to come from a multi-generational panel to get an accurate listing. Some artists such as Neil Diamond, Tom Jones, and Gene Pitney needed to be included in your list. For example, Gene Pitney was a terrific multi-faceted singer who not only sang, but wrote for many other artists, and won a Golden Globe Award and a nomination for an Academy Award "Town Without Pity" for his film endeavors. Again, I was just wondering what your criteria was for choosing your top "100".
