As far as I'm aware (and to be fair, I don't know much about the adult industry but I have read a decent amount about it) adult stars have some of the highest rates of testing for STDs in Western society for the simple reason that their profession makes their exposure to it more likely. There are plenty of rules and regulations in place to protect them from infection - and not just rules made up on the spot but ones enforced by the adult media industry and state/federal laws.
  Asia Carrera's education is a widely known fact. I'm not aware that she's a drug addict. Just because she makes a tonne of money doesn't mean she's making it to fuel a habit. Plenty of politicians make millions every year, not all of them are junkies.
