The 7 Craziest Things Ever Blamed on Homosexuals

This is the difference between black people (often compared to gays) -- and gay people. You're either black or you're not. At any point in history, it is and always would be mindblowing to think that it was "wrong" or "immoral" to be black. Even to the people who are racist against black people, they don't think it's "wrong" to be black -- they're just racists!



What I'm getting at is that homosexuals, while being completely sexually attracted to men, can be chaste. No black person, or anyone else for that matter, sees it as wrong to be black or would attempt to not be black -- except in the case of Michael Jackson, who merely thought it was unattractive. But nobody believes it's a sin!



That said, Jerry Falwell did not blame gay people for the attacks of 9/11. Falwell said, in full:



"[T]he pagans, and the abortionists, and the feminists, and the gays and the lesbians -- who are actively trying to make that an alternative lifestyle -- the ACLU, People for the American Way, all of them who have tried to secularize America. I point the finger in their face and say, 'You helped this happen.'"



In his list of all the people he blamed for ejecting God from public life, only gays got the qualifier. He specifically singled out gays "who are actively trying to make that an alternative lifestyle."



No Christian minister is going to preach that homosexuality is godly behavior, but Falwell didn't add any limiting qualifications to his condemnation of feminists, the ACLU or People for the American Way.



What Falwell was referring to are the gay activists -- the ones who spit the Eucharist on the floor at St. Patrick's Cathedral, blamed Reagan for AIDS, and keep trying to teach small schoolchildren about "fisting."

I believe you missed #1, when Anita Bryant blamed the drought in Northern California on the gays. It was recreated for the "MILK" movie. However, I was there on the steps of San Francisco's City Hall on Jan.9, 1978 when just as Harvey Milk, was to take the Oath of Office... it started to rain... and Harvey, looking up toward the sky quipped ... "Anita Bryant blamed the gays for the drought, now who is she going to blame the rain on?" I happened to take a photograph of that exact moment... and all those surrounding Harvey, are laughing OUT LOUD!

What about the group that blamed gays for the Nazi regime in Germany? They Glorified masculinity and Hiltler only married at the last minute.

Missed one. Allowing gays to marry will destroy the institution of marriage. Look at what permitting gay marriage in Massachusetts did to Rush Limpballs; he has been married and divorced four times.

they need to stop referring to us as homosexuals. it is poll tested that calling us gays and lesbians, humanizes us and increases tolerance where as the word homosexuality reminds people of boy on boy sex and our poll results are lower. So lets stop calling ourselves homosexual and encourage your friends to also. thanks!

You do realize that anal sex between two consenting adults, if one is infected with HIV or AIDS and they're not using a condom, absolutely CAN lead to AIDS, right? Now, that certainly doesn't mean that all gay sex leads to AIDS all the time (which I'm pretty sure is what you were trying to say) but... yeah... consent and adulthood has nothing to do with it.
