In first place is the girl/woman that plays the part with the least clothing (sexiest clothes or lack of). Makes you wonder if he's really paying attention. To further my theory he picks as second the woman that plays the character that has the most clothes on almost as if to hide the fact that his first choice was only based on the characters clothing. Should have been a list of "hottest characters" not hottest women. He completely left off Peter Dinklage's love interest, Sibel Kekilli, that is both beautiful and intelligent at the same time.
