    I grew up in this area, although have traveled alot, and it is indeed the steel and glass glue that keeps the pretty parts of this country together. We are overrun with foreigners and zombie yankees and have almost lost the true soul of what Dallas stands for, whatever that is.

    dallas the most boring large city in america. It's VERY BLAND and full of gaudy, superficial, tacky buildings. If Dallas was a sandwich it would be a peanut butter on white bread.

    i lived in dallas all my life and never realized what a BORE of a city it is until I worked in Boston, MA.
