The Most Consistently Brilliant Trilogies in Film History

List Criteria: larger franchises included providing only first 3 films are counted.

This list is based on how CONSISTENT the trilogy is as a whole and how well each entry flows to the next. Not based on how great one single installment may be (for example if there's any justice in the world, The Matrix should be low while The Lord of the Rings high on the list). I have also decided to include larger franchises within reason, such as Indiana Jones and Terminator obviously counting only the first three films, just to give more variety and freedom.
Enjoy!
