Do I have to recite his biography here? Truly no other American should be placed before him, for the greatest thing he (Didn't Do) for America, which was to either set up military rule or claim the title King of America, both of which where ideals pushed by key groups of the Continental Army. He helped gain freedom for this fledging country and ensured its freedom by supporting civilian rule and individual freedoms. He should always be ranked as first in Americas History

At times I feel President Roosevelt was the right man for the presidency during the great depression and world was two. But there are key issues that bother me, one he knowing allowed at least 5,000 plus American POWs who had been liberated from German POW camps by the Russians to be taken back to the Soviet Union and spend the reminder of their life’s prisoners in the Soviet gulag system. He did this for political reasons, and even though I try not to be a conspiracy "nut" I do believe that he was aware of the Japanese fleets’ movement on pearl harbor. There are many other issues of him caving into Joseph Stalin when America had the military power to back him down. Forcing 1000s of liberated Soviet POWs to go back to the USSR when "HE KNEW" they would be executed was not a very Presidential act
