Greatest NBA Players Of All Time

I have studied statistics + player roles, and I include speed, team play, and a measure of offensive rating + defensive rating combined....along with every measure I can think of other than popularity bias to give these player's an all around rating....It is difficult to get the ratings perfect as Team roles affect perception of player's - however, Statistics help, the eye test helps, and having seen some play in more than one role helps, and noticing where, and how many places a player can shoot on the court (or lack of) helps...
