The Greatest U.S. Presidents of All Time

My personal rankings of 41 of the 43 presidents. (I know there are 44 Grover Cleveland counts as two) I have decided to leave out William Henry Harrison and James A. Garfield because the terms they served were too short to be ranked. I don't belive it's fair to rank them, they served the two shortest terms in U.S presidential history, Garfield served barely over 8 months and Harrison only served one month.
