If you aren't familiar with Karmin, you should be. This musical duo makes some of the greatest cover songs ever. Singer/musicians Amy Heidemann and Nick Noonan first burst onto the scene with a stellar cover of Chris Brown's song "Look at Me Now." With help from the Reddit community, the buzz began to spread. Today, Karmin's YouTube channel, which features nearly 50 great videos of Karmin covers and original songs, has millions of hits. The group also maintains a very up-to-date website with videos, music and an official store. And yes, Karmin's YouTube channel also features from fun tutorials by Amy on how to get her (super cool) 1940s "Suicide Roll" hairstyle.
Cover songs can sometimes be a bore, but not Karmin's covers, oh no. This group manages to pull off a totally unique and fresh take on every song they do. And no way I'd ignore Karmin's original songs on this list, either. "Take It Away" is a great tune - and I can't wait for Karmin's first album!
