The Bad Joke Bill meme hit the internet as soon as this picture of Bill Clinton and Barack Obama surfaced (Photo by Drew Angerer/The New York Times). It's possibly the best picture of the two presidents that has ever been taken. The meme ended up taking the form of Clinton telling crude wife jokes, or just telling Monica Lewinski jokes which have been outdated since the '90s. In the picture, Bill Clinton looks like he just told one of the worst, most crude, inappropriate or just bad jokes that anyone has ever heard in public and Barack Obama, fittingly, is putting his face in his hands (or "facepalming") in reaction to whatever Clinton just said.
