So when you think of a pawn store, you probably think of that shady ass establishment downtown where you take a Christmas present from a couple years ago, shamefully trade it for 1/5 its value, and proceed to blow the money on something you were too impatient to save up for... Yeah... Well, not this time around.

The History Channel's "Pawn Stars," features a Vegas pawn store owned and run by three generations of the Harrison family. The "Old Man" is a no-bulls**t cowboy, the owner seems to have a degree on everything he sells, and the son is just an idiot-in-training that provides the entertainment. In turn, you get a store that resembles a museum of cool s**t you've never seen, and a bunch of sweet knowledge about items you never knew you'd want to learn about. From how to spot a fake Rolex, to the value of a vintage pin-ball machine, this show is absolutely fascinating.

Do you remember who Lorenzo Lamas is? Do you remember the show "Renegade"? Yeah... Neither did I... It doesn't matter, E!'s new show, "Leave it to Lamas," is a hilarious hot mess. From the kids' mother toplessly cooling her hot-flashes infront of a fridge (and everyone), to hottie Shayne Lamas being adorably dumb, to A.J. Lamas flipping-the-F-out because his sisters are interrupting Pacino's "Scent of a Woman," this show is pure gold.

Producer Johnny Knoxville has obviously graduated from his days of riding shopping carts down flights of stairs. MTV's "Nitro Circus" follows a group of professional stuntmen, moto-cross stars, and other nutjobs as they take on incredible feats of calculated stupidity.

Travis Pastrana, Andy Bell, and Jolene Van Vugt, among others, base-jump from populated buildings, jump motorcycles off of the Grand Canyon, perform stunts in an array of vehicles, and if that's not enough... Tempt fate thousands of feet above ground with airplanes...

In one episode, Pastrana jumps out of a perfectly good airplane with no parachute. He is chased mid-air by skydivers, harnessed and safely returns to the ground... Another successful stunt! However, you mind as well just be like, "in one episode, Pastrana commits suicide... but is then rescued by skydivers..." Because that's basically what happened, and it's totally totally awesome.

The best cake I've ever had is wedding cake. The second best cake I've ever had is probably ice cream cake from Daily Queen at like a 2nd grade birthday party... Otherwise, I've basically been subjected to mediocre grocery store sheet cake...

Little did I know that TLC's "Cake Boss" would inform me that 200-pound cakes are capable of shooting fire, lighting up, and robotically moving around. Straight out of New Jersey, the show features "Carlo's Bake Shop," and its family oriented business that basically appears to be the Gambino's let loose in a bakery...

However, this mafia has an incredibly artistic sense of detail, can "dirty ice" the h**l out of anything, and produces everything from six ft. edible dinosaurs to whatever-you-can-think-of. They don't reveal the prices, but I'm thinking thousands of dollars... Incredible!

MTV's "Bully Beatdown" is the caped hero to everyone with their underpants pulled over their heads. Here's the premise; "victims" of bullies challenge the egos of their overgrown nemeses, by offering $10,000 dollars to them if they step in the cage with an MMA fighter.

The catch; if the bullies get what's coming, the victims get the cash...

Good thing these hardasses think they're tougher than the fighting machines they square off against, making each KO and tapout overly fun and entertaining to watch. MTV provides irony in the form of an octagon, proving that being a total douchebag isn't really that cool.

Yeah... What's more fun to watch than a group of people competing for the love of two smoking bisexual twins? It's like "Are they going to pick dudes? Are they going to pick girls? Is one of them going to pick a dude, and one of them going to pick a girl? Oh my god... Are they both going to pick one dude, or one girl?"... Yeah... Fantastic time...

Oh, and Scotty, with his double-fisted drinks, cowboy hats, and themed swimming attire makes him the most entertaining semi-finalist ever.
