Alex Rodriguez

A-Rod denied taking steroids, but in the end he came forth and told what was true all along. Taking steroids in 2003, he won the his 3rd consecutive AL home run with 47 homers (52 and 57 the 2 years prior to 2003) crown and his first MVP. Afterward, in 2004, he managed to only hit 36 homers, a distinguishable drop off. But I guess karma is on his side, he's supposedly is clean now and the result of that is a World Series ring.

Pat Williams

One look at these him and a glance at his names and instantly one though comes to mind -brothers! he's related to Kevin Williams. Well not exactly. Although they aren't blood brothers, they seem to be locker room bros as both of them have been busted for taking water pills (a form of steroids). They have been the anchor for the Minnesota Viking's defense and it shows this year as the Vikings are ranked in the top 6 against the run.

Mosley won his bout against Oscar De La Hoya in 2003. Most believed he cheated, as reports surfaced that connects him to BALCO, claiming he took "the cream" and "the clear." And it showed as he won the fight in the later rounds showcasing his raw, 'roid power. After that his wins and loses seesawed to and fro, until early this year, he regained his WBA Welterweight "Super" championship from Antonio Margarito.

Testing positive for steroids in 2006, Merriman looks to be coming back down to earth with 4 sacks compared to 3 straight years of 10+ sacks. However, he has 21 tackles, which is a telling sign that he still commands a presence that brings fears to the opposing offense. Besides battling the steroid void in his life, he has comeback from a serious injury and is in a civil law suit against Tila Tequila. So if there is a debate about whether Merriman is having a good year, that's my argument... it's Tila Tequila for god sakes!

Rashard Lewis

Lewis was found with an elevated testosterone level in his blood test during this past summer, and was consequently suspended for 10 games of the 2009-2010 season. Prior to the summer, Lewis co-lead his Magics to the NBA Finals, falling short to the Lakers. This year, he has only played in 1 game, but he looks like he is going to have a good season again this year with the opposing team focusing on the other guys (Dwight Howard and Vince Carter).

Although Jones has never been met with consequences for taking steroids, he still nonetheless has that substance in his body. At the time he took Androstenedione, it was sold over the counter and was not deemed illegal. After Jones heyday, he fell off the map, then regained his status as one of the better fighters. Recently he has beaten a string of fighters (no noticeable names) but is slated to fight Bernard Hopkins again later this year.

Manny is the most recent big name to drop on the steroid scene, and he certainly won't be the last. It should be noted that Manny hasn't been guilty of taking steroids, just taking hCG which is a ban substance to replenish the body's natural production of testosterone. Manny on the field is still a dangerous hitter, and he showed that this year for Dodger fans, but the Dodgers came up short against Phillies in the NLCS. Regardless, he made bank this year, a cool 23 mil and change, a pretty good year for Manny in Mannywood.
