Gorillaz are everywhere. The Fall writes music history and if there's one artist that can't be missing from any Trip Rock list it is them.
"Gorillaz", the debut album never gets old and is just as enjoyable 10 years later. Even more so, seeing how it has influenced the UK's Underground scene.
"Demon Days" has to be in my opinion, the masterpiece of the decade and if no one releases anything that lives up to that level in the next 89 years (which is hard enough) it would be the album of the century.
"Plastic Beach", again pure beauty and songs like "Empire Ants" can't be left out when talking about Trip-Hop or Trip-Rock.
Apart from all their iPad marketing Gorillaz are still the masters of Trip Rock. And therefore, #1

Tom Block is a fantastic upcoming Trip-Hop Artist and "Bedroom Producer" from the UK's Underground scene.
He releases his music on his own London based Record Label El Mestizo Records Ltd and i really recommend his stuff!
His style is a mixture of Pop Rock with sick Trip Hop Beats ranging from very happy and carefree pop songs with bleeps and blops to very deep, sometimes dark, songs that create a very trippy psychedelic ambiance. His song Galaxies from the "t0m 810(k EP" is in my opinion one of the most impressive Lo-Fi Productions of 2011.

I have been a Danger Mouse fan from the start.
His "Grey Album" and his work on "Demon Days" have made him the best producer of recent years to me without any doubt. He is such a young producer still but his influence is already clearly noticeable on upcoming producers and artists such as Tom Block or Fantastic Mr.Fox.
If Gnarls Barkley with Cee-Lo Green was heaven.
What will 2011 Release "Rome" be with contributing artists Jack White, Norah Jones and Daniele Luppi.
Amazing.

Dadelus and his album "Bespoke" are impressive. With his own custom made controller he throws in the most wicked samples and creates fun madness. He will contact the aliens with those beats.

Massive Attack and Heligoland from 2010 continue in 2011 with the amazing EP "Atlas Air". Del Naja said in October last year that his plan is the release of several EPs in 2011, rather than an album.
