"Greek" is the only good series that ABC Family has had. EVER. Thanks to this guy. Scott Michael Foster plays Cappie, the president of one of the best fraternity houses on campus. And by "best", I mean "least accomplished". Foster plays a great typical college screw up, but underneath it all, he has heart, and that is what makes us women fall in love with him, over and over again.

Remember the days of Michael C. Hall playing the gay son on "Six Feet Under"? Well, Hall did a complete 360 when he turned around to play mixed up murderer Dexter Morgan. On its 4th season, it just keeps getting better, if that is even at all possible. On top of being a murderer now, he has to deal with being a new father and husband. Now try that on for size.

He also takes his shirt off a lot in the show, which is only to our benefit, ladies.

"Californication" is the best show he has been in. I know, "X Files" was great, but his talent has grown more mature. He now plays what some women would call a "man whore". As Hank Moody, he portrays the ultimate Hollywood douche bag, but he proves that men actually do have a soul. You just have to find the right way to get to it. Plus, he is the hottest 49 year old on the small screen.

When I first saw this guy on "Glee", I thought he was just going to be one of those meat headed characters with no soul. He has proven me wrong as the football playing Noah in the best Glee club ever to hit the small screen. Also, in the first episode, he didn't appear to be as hot as he is. AND HE IS.
