The hottest men of 2009. The following is a list of the studliest of the studs to hit the small screen in 2009, with accompanying clips of their respective studliness. The hottest men of the small screen in 2009. Their studliness and their talent have contributed largely to the heart murmurs of teenage girls and cougars all over, and although many of us have had long term relationships with some of these studs for a few years, every time they come back, they come back stronger and sexier than ever.
His singing voice is as hot as his little baby face. At 27, Cory Monteith plays the high school aged lead male "Glee" clubber and (faux) daddy to be on the runaway hit TV show "Glee".

Jon Hamm's character, troubled Don Draper, is the face of the "Mad Men" of the 1950's. And seeing him in a suit and hat in practically every episode never gets old. Definitely solidifies his place as one of the hottest men of 2009. Ugh.

Ah, Joel. Funny Joel. Now Joel is on a sitcom called "Community" on NBC where he plays a lawyer that loses his license and goes back to community college. Between his sitcom and "The Soup", there is nothing this guy cannot accomplish.

"Greek" is the only good series that ABC Family has had. EVER. Thanks to this guy. Scott Michael Foster plays Cappie, the president of one of the best fraternity houses on campus. And by "best", I mean "least accomplished". Foster plays a great typical college screw up, but underneath it all, he has heart, and that is what makes us women fall in love with him, over and over again. see more on Scott Michael Foster
Dexter Morgan. Dexter Morgan. Dexter Morgan.
Murderer? No. Hero? I think so!
Remember the days of Michael C. Hall playing the gay son on "Six Feet Under"? Well, Hall did a complete 360 when he turned around to play mixed up murderer Dexter Morgan. On its 4th season, it just keeps getting better, if that is even at all possible. On top of being a murderer now, he has to deal with being a new father and husband. Now try that on for size.
He also takes his shirt off a lot in the show, which is only to our benefit, ladies.

There was this summer show on the WB before it was the CW in the summer of 2000 called "Young Americans". That was when I fell in love with his deep smoldering eyes, his pronounced eyebrows and his chiseled cheekbones. Then there was "Lost". And this year came the "Vampire Diaries", in which Ian plays the bad vampire, something that makes him even sexier, if that is even possible!

As Dr. Owen Hunt on "Grey's Anatomy", McKidd plays a marine doctor. We watch him go through the trials and tribulations of post traumatic stress and fall in love again and again with one of our favorite docs, Christina Yang. Personally, he is the first red headed male I have ever considered a "stud".

Duh. I have another list "The Best of Jason Schwartzman", so how on earth could I skip over him? The token funny guy of our generation, he lends his talent and his dashing nerd looks to the new HBO hit "Bored To Death", playing a writer who moonlights as a private investigator.
HE IS SO TALENTED IT HURTS.
